PHPAudit Order System -- Points site redirect?

I sent in a help inquiry because people I have referred were being sent here (or a page similar): http://www.fsrevolution.com/order/licen ... h1dGUuY29t

Now any time I get on the points site (http://points.cashchute.com/) I'm redirected here, and not just people through my referral link. With that being said I'm unable to check my help inquiry, but I'll keep an eye out to see if anything changes and/or an update is posted here.
